In our hospital, we perfom more than 2500 Operations yearly, accompanied and monitored by our department for anesthesia and intensive care. Our experienced specialists will take care of your safety during all of your surgeries or medical tests which take part under anesthesia. The intensive care unit of Groß-Sand Hospital has space for ten patients.

In our internistic department we treat patients with acute or chronic diseases of the inner organs. The main focus is the endoscopic diagnosis and therapy of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In our in 2017 established stomach center gastroentologists and surgeons cooperate closely in order to find the right diagnosis and treatments as quick as possible.

Groß-Sand Hospital is well known for the geriatric department. A very important part of our work is the early rehabilitation of the elderly patients after diseases or operations – our aim is to bring you back home very soon. We also offer neurological rehabilitation for patients suffering from strong neurological diseases or injuries.
